NCX uses tempo strength, moderate Olympic lifting, and light gymnastics for the perfect blend of strength and cardio for ultimate fitness.
A certified Strength and Conditioning coach will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the workout.
